Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement of electrical contracting services provided by Prime Electrical Contractors LLC. By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or using our site, you agree to the following.

1. Scope of Services

Prime Electrical Contractors LLC agrees to perform electrical contracting services—including installation, repair, upgrades, troubleshooting, and related work—as described in your written estimate, work order, or contract. Any change in scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

2. Schedules & Access

Project dates depend on permits, material availability, weather where applicable, and safe access to the work area. Delays caused by inspections, hidden conditions discovered after demo, or client-requested changes may adjust timing without penalty to either party beyond what the agreement states.

3. Payment & Materials

Payment terms appear on your invoice or contract (for example, deposit, progress, or due-on-completion). Unless otherwise agreed, specialty materials ordered for your job may be billed at cost plus any stated markup. Past-due balances may incur lawful fees and suspension of further work until resolved.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform our services safely and efficiently, the client agrees to provide accurate information about the property, safe access to panels and work areas, and cooperation with required shutdowns. The client is responsible for securing any separate approvals from landlords, HOAs, or facility managers where applicable.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the signed agreement or, where no specific clause exists, with reasonable written notice subject to payment for work completed and materials already purchased or committed. Upon completion and payment, documentation of installed work may be provided as agreed.
